The implementation of the PADERMO Project is based on close collaboration between national and international institutional partners committed to sustainable rural development, socio-economic inclusion, and improving the living conditions of rural populations.

Ministry of Agriculture, Marine Fisheries, Rural Development, Water, and Forests (MAPMDREF)

The Ministry of Agriculture is the project owner of the PADERMO project and the entity responsible for its operational implementation.

In this context, it ensures:

  • Project design and strategic management
  • Planning and execution of actions in the field
  • Technical, administrative, and financial monitoring
  • L’alignement du projet avec les priorités nationales de développement agricole

International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD):

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is the financial and technical partner of the
PADERMO project.

As such, IFAD:

  • Contributes to the financing of the project
  • Provides technical and strategic support
  • Supports the project in terms of monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management
  • Supports the capitalization and dissemination of best practices

IFAD's support is in line with national priorities and aims to strengthen the impact of project interventions, particularly in favor of rural populations, women, and young people.

Ministry of Economy and Finance:

The Ministry of Economy and Finance acts as an institutional partner,
providing financial oversight for the project and ensuring that financing mechanisms comply with
national regulations.

It thus contributes to good financial governance and the sustainability of PADERMO’s interventions.
